You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
We may suspend access to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
Gutsy provides food scan and wellness insights, including image/barcode analysis, history, and profile-based personalization.
Features may evolve over time, and some features may be added, changed, or removed.
Gutsy provides informational wellness content only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not rely on app outputs as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Some outputs are generated using automated systems and third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
You are responsible for how you use scan results, recommendations, and summaries.
You may submit content such as scan images and related inputs.
You represent that you have rights to submit that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display submitted content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with app operation, scraping data at scale, reverse engineering where prohibited, or violating law.
You must not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
If paid plans or subscription features are offered, additional pricing and billing terms will apply at purchase.
App store billing terms and refund rules may also apply.
Restore purchases and paywall functionality are handled through RevenueCat and native app store infrastructure.
Gutsy relies on third-party infrastructure and APIs (for example, hosting, AI, and product data providers).
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
The app, design, branding, and software components are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.
Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without permission.
